A Miracle happened tonight

Greetings from a wild & crazy Iowa,

Many of you know about the tornadoes that hit Kentucky & other states. Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri & Illinois are getting hit tonight.

Among the chaos of these storms, a miracle occurred. And I'm so glad it did.

I've been hobbling around our house with a surgical boot the last couple of days. I have a dancers break of my right pinkie toe. Technically, I should be having surgery to put pins in to stabilize it. We don't have insurance, so we are going the boot route for the next 8 weeks hoping the bone will mend without help. p I can walk 5 mph, having to walk at a pace of less than 1 mph is beyond frustrating.

Anyway, the miracle that occurred tonight happened out of the blue. I was upstairs in our bedroom folding clothes. All of the sudden I hear nothing. Now I know what you are thinking, why would this be a surprise? I've had tinnitus in both ears......very loud tinnutis. If the TV volume was on level 30, I could hear the tinnutis above that. It followed me into my sleep even with the fan blowing for white noise.

It's pure heaven to hear silence. To hear......nothing.......is beautiful. 11 years.......8 months.......16 days of constant ringing is gone.

My tinnitus was the last one. Imagine hearing every 24/7/365.

Now I don't hear anything.

I am working on an article about Covid. The genocide is growing daily & the media & the public is ignoring it daily.

We had a small side trip on our way home from Florida. We stopped & saw the Georgia Guidestones. BTW-If you ever have a chance to see these gigantic monolithic stones, I highly recommend it. I wanted to avoid going back thru Atlanta to I just headed north on a highway & we ended up in Greenville, SC for Sabbath. We're 16 hours from home & hope to be home by Sunday night.

> As more & more businesses & countries are mandating the gene therapy shot, injuries & deaths continue to sky rocket. The numbers of deaths & injuries from the "jab" out numbers the number of deaths from the virus by 33,815. A couple of weeks ago, that number was less than 1,000.

First, lets take a look at the VAERS database. You can access it several ways. The first one is directly from the CDC VAERS database.

And the last way is thru Medalerts.

In Israel, 85-90% of those hospitalized are vaccinated. They have vaccinated about a million people. That is a lot of people. Here is the link to that article.

In Wales, 88% of break thru infections are in the vaccinated population. Read that Here.

Even the CDC's own data shows that the vaccinated are getting sick at a higher rate than the unvaccinated population. See their MMWR report.

The Covid vaccine is NOT FDA approved

The amount of deception with the Covid vaccine has gone beyond ridiculous. It's border line insanity.

Here is what is boils down to. Here is the link to the FDA letter.

The EUA was extended for the vaccine for 12-18 year olds. The Covid vaccine was that was approved is NOT the EUA one. It's a totally different one & that one is NOT even available to the public yet.

The Covid-19 vaccine that is approved is called COMIRNATY. Did you hear that in the local news broadcast? No, all you're hearing is that the Covid-19 is now FDA approved. We no longer have REAL journalism. No more REAL investigative reporting.

Let's take a look at the damage this vaccine has caused. It's staggering but yet the media is spouting the same info over & over again.......Safe & effective. Total BULLSHIT! Sorry if I offended anyone, but I'm mad.

Now a study done many years ago, showed that only about 1% of adverse events are reported because of one of three things -

1. The medical personnel don't know how to do it

2. The medical personnel don't know about the VAERS system. (Many don't, they aren't taught about it in school)

3. The medical personnel refuse to make a report (even tho federal law says they need to) in order to protect the vaccine program.

So for each of those numbers, add 2 zero's behind each number & then you're going to have the real numbers. Scary isn't it? And yet the media continues to reman silent.

I have many friends on Facebook that work in the medical field & they said the number of people coming into the ER with post-vaccine issues is staggering. Nurses are leaving the medical system in droves because they don't want this vaccine. Isn't that saying something?

On Facebook, a hashtag #protectyourfamily" has been compiling stories of people who have been vaccine injured or died after getting the Covid vaccine. Readers, vaccine injury is not rare, it's very real.

A lawsuit was filed in federal court on behalf of a CDC Whistleblower 45,000 people have died as a result of the Covid vaccine. And again, only one percent of that number gets reported, add 2 zero's & what do you have......4,500,000.

Last year, it just a mask. Two weeks to flatten the curve, to keep hospitals from being overwhelmed with sick people. Millions have been vaccinated but yet the numbers continue to climb. The vaccinated are the ones who are spreading this Delta variant. Many, many sources have said this.

The Michigan Department of Health posted this on their Facebook page. I had to read it several times to try to understand it. My only conclusion was.......they are clueless.

How many of you saw NBC nightly news & saw that people who weren't going along with Covid measures are now being called terrorists?

This virus has a 98% survival rate. Here are the numbers from around the world & then you can break down to each country. If this was a TRUE pandemic, it would be a 98% death rate.

Stay strong my readers. The Covid virus is NOT a death sentence for everyone. I had it ten months ago. It wasn't fun but I've had worse. I have a nagging cough & tire easily sometimes but I survived it. My 62 year old husband had it last April & May. He had double pneumonia as well. He had antibiotics & I also mega dosed him on Vit. D3. 150,000 IU daily for a month. Then back down to 50,000 IU daily for a month, now he is just taking 10,000 IU daily to keep his immune system up. He still has a nagging couch & tires easily as well. I mega dosed for 2 weeks & I had it beat in 5 days.

Stay strong & fight the good fight. Over 33 years later in this fight, the tide is turning & people are waking up. Parents are saying no to toxic injections for their kids & themselves. We are still being censored by major media outlets but the messaged is getting out. DO NOT GIVE UP!

Some People Can't Handle the Truth - Part 3

Greetings from a very smoky Iowa, The wildfires out west & the wildfires from Canada are drifing into Iowa & affectiving air quality. As I was driving from Ankeny to Grimes, the smoky haze hanging over Des Moines & the suburbs was very apparent. At one point on the way home, I could actually smell a burnt smell in the air.

It's a scary thought that the wildfires are so far away but yet we are being affected by them.

So, today I was back in Ankeny delivering fliers in a very high end neighborhood. You needed to have a membership just to walk around the path around a small lake in the middle of the neighborhood or to fish in that small lake.

I ran out of fliers, so I had to walk the 3/4 of a mile back to my van. I decided to run to the local gas station & use the ladies room. I got disgusted looks when I walked in because of the shirt I was wearing.

Of course I smiled at them & continued to where the rest rooms were. As I came out & was heading back to my minivan, I heard a woman's voice shout "You bitch!" I had to look in my rear view mirrors to see who it was. The lady quickly drove off in a dark colored SUV. I laughed & thought to myself "she doesn't have the courage to say that to my face, only from a distance in her vehicle."

THe media has so much fear mongering going on that anyone who dares to question their propaganda is the enemy. And that is what it is, propaganda. You don't hear both sides of the story & you certainly don't hear about how the CDC is finding out & keeping to themselves how the Delta variant is spreading among the vaccinated population. You put links up in the news stories on Facebook, twitter, etc about this & you are immediately attacked because that is NOT what they are hearing from the TV.

So, 5 words here -

The CDC has no clue what it is doing. They are grasping at straws on how to handle this virus.

What does a doctor tell you when you go in & they tell you that you have a virus? There is nothing they can do, it needs to run it's course. I urge you to check the data.

Some People Can't Handle the Truth - Part 2

Greetings again from a very hot Iowa, I'm going to expound on the events that happened this morning. I was checking the streets where the exterior company wanted fliers delivered to potential customers. They don't want fliers delivered to apartments & townhomes. This one lady had just pulled into her driveway & was opening her garage door as I was driving around the neighborhood. As I was leaving her cul-de-sac, she was getting back into her vehicle. I drove across the road to the neighborhood across the street & turned at the first right. The lady who had been playing with her garage door followed me closely from her neighborhood to the neighborhood across the road. She pulled up beside me & yelled "Are you preaching that vaccines are dangerous? I just pulled up your website. Are you saying vaccines are dangerous?" Then she yelled even louder that her "brother was dying of leukemia in a hospital because of people like me." Then yelled, "you are a horrible person." She then drove off, I turned around to go to another neighborhood & this crazy woman pulled up behind me & is yelling at me from her vehicle. And still yelled at me as I turned south & she crossed the road to go home. I laughed at this lady. I just let her look like the fool she was being. Proverbs tells us to answer a fool as a fool should be answered. Prov. 26:4-5 Ma'am, you can't handle the truth. Vaccines are not safe, they kill......they maime. Greetings from a very hot Iowa, I have a minivan with the message of anti-vaccine. I drove down to Ankeny to do my job of delivering fliers for an exterior company. This lady sees my van & chases me & then proceeds to tell me her brother is in the hospital dying of leukemia because of people like me. And then tells me I'm a horrible person. Covid - It's not a death sentence

Greetings again, As the daily news continues to spread fear of the "deadly" Coronavirus that is going to kill millions globally, I sit back & think what are they trying to hide? Let's start with vaccine passports. New York is trying to push thru a law to make it so you have to have been vaccinated against Covid or test negative to travel, use public transportation or attend school. Anti-vaccine advocates were called conspiracy theorists when we said this was coming. What are you saying now? Getting Covid is NOT a death sentence. If this was a true pandemic, almost 106 million would have died & only 2.85 million would have recovered. What about the vaccine? How many have died as a result of being vaccinated? We hear in the news that one death is too many as a result of Covid. Why is this not being said about the Covid vaccine? Vaccine manufacturers have already been given immunity from liability as a result of someone being vaccinated from Covid. What are the current stats on this?

Over 2200 people have died as result of the Covid vaccine, thousands of others have been inured. Over 80 babies have died after their moms got the shot during the pregnancy. My heart breaks for every baby that lost their lives prior to seeing their mom's faces. People on blood thinners have had to have their meds adjusted because the Covid shot messes with the bodies ability to produce blood clots. Is death & other serious side affects of the vaccine worth the risk of a illness that has a 99% survival rate?

Vertigo, BPPV & Meniere's Disease - Is there hope?

Greetings, It's been a very windy week here. Winds have been 20-30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph at times. We took the week off to keep Passover & the Days of Unleavened Bread. I started a new job back in February working at a bank in the financial crimes department. This has been a huge learning curve. Even bigger than my last job as a Print & Marketing Supervisor at Staples. I was grateful that I was let go from there was as my boss & an assistant manager were not very nice. (I'm putting it nicelY) During my time off from Staples to my current job I watched some videos by Dr. Mindy Pelz on how intermittent fasting can help you lose weight. Here is a link to that article if you haven't read it. Liquid fasting only during a time when you are at work, especially if you have a desk job can be challenging as you may not have the energy to stay awake between calls or having a zoom meeting after the day is done. But it can be done if you get up & do a lap around the office about every hour or so along with bathroom breaks. During the 1st week of March, I attended a webinar by Dr Daniel Amen on our dragons. These dragons can control our thinking, our actions & our lives if we don't have our dragon tamer (Prefrontal cortex) firmly in control of the dragons. What kind of dragons do you have? Two weeks after the book came out, Dr. Amen had a special webinar for those who pre-ordered the book. During this special webinar, he answered questions of those who bought the book. It was very eye opening, especially since I was halfway thru the book already. By now I bet you are asking yourself, what does liquid fasting & my dragons have to do with vertigo, BPPV & Meniere's disease? it has a lot to do with these 3 debilitating illnesses. My long time readers know that I've been plagued with vertigo issues for over 11 years. In Dr Amen's book, he talks about how sugar, stress, lack of sleep all affect our dragon tamer. When our blood sugar is completely off, then the dragon tamer is weak & the dragons come out to play. We say or do things we are going to regret later. If you are sleepy, the same thing can happen. Stress is another factor that affects the prefontal cortex (PFC) Dr Mindy also talks about how sugar screws up our systems. She talks about getting the right amount of sleep each night She says we should get up & go to bed at the same time each night......even on the weekends. I can hear you now......but I like to sleep in on the weekends, I do too. I'm usually up by 8 or 9 on the weekends, I get up at 6 for work during the week. Doing a liquid fast for 20 hours a day is a great detoxer. Our body is looking to the fat stores for energy & during that 4 hour window, we have the opportunity to eat correctly. BUT.......the best thing of all of this.......I've been vertigo free for almost 2 months now. Not even a twinge. So despite the stress of starting a new job, the stress of planning a wedding (6 weeks out now), the stress of planning home improvements this summer, I'm vertigo free. Keep in mind, these are good stressors. If I had bad stresses (like 2 years ago), I' sure I would be saying a whole different ting. What have I done differently? 1. Dump the sugar - no pop, no candy, no energy drinks, no refinded sugars, check your labels 2. Get the right amount of sleep every night. I usually get 7 to 7.5 hours of sleep every night 3. Reduce stress- reduce the bad stress - got a crummy job - switch, do you have financial issues - figure out a way to get bills that are putting a hole in your budget quickly, Health issues- use the power of the internet to heal your self naturally (the body can heal itself, you just need to make sure it has the right tools) 4. Make sure your dragon tamer is firmly in control, don't let the bad dragons come out to play. Be mindful of your thoughts, actiions & your life. 5. Make time for yourself - whether it's a shower or bath, reading, watching your favorite show, spending one on one time with your pets, time in prayer or mediation, you need to make time for you. How Aquariums apply to real life

Greetings from a very Spring like Iowa, It's a gorgous 49 degrees outside. We went for a short walk around the block. I'm ready for Spring, so over winter. I started a new job on Monday. I have 4 weeks of training before I actually get to do the job. As a child, I had an aquarium that my dad set up for me. I remember my grandmother cleaning it out everyonce in awhile. I took over once I was old enough do it myself. At one time I had 3 aquariums, 2 ten gallon & 1 20 gallon. It became a lot of work to take care of them. This past week, I lost 14 fish in 24 hours. I was heart broken. All of my goldfish, 3 out of 7 black mollies, both of my kuhli loaches & my plocastamus (algae eater). Wednesday night I stayed up til almost midnight doing a water swap out of 60% of the water. The remaining black mollies developed Ick. So now I've cranked up the heat to destroy the Ick on the fish & in the rest of the aquarium. This is how it looks right now.

I'm sure many of you are wondering what the connection is here. We were watching Father Fish this morning & he said something that is very applicable to the way things are right now. Please watch & then listen very carefully at the twelve minute mark.

After you watch it, think about masks, vaccines & how we are being manipulated by the CDC, FDA, the federal government, the state government & local govenments. Greetings from a very artic Iowa, As my loyal readers know, I've been trying to lose weight for years. I'm 60 lbs overweight. At one point, I was 109 lbs overweight. Everyone in my family has fought with weight issues their entire lives. Strokes, heart attacks, high blood pressure all run in my family on my maternal side. I don't have high blood pressure, in fact my blood pressure runs on the low side. There was one day I was on midwife's office & it was so low they asked if I felt ok because my systolic was at 107. I felt fine just a bit tired since I didn't sleep very well the night before. I haven't had heart attacks or strokes either, I contribute that to the Kosher diet that I follow. As I'm doing wedding prepping, we both decided we needed to lose some weight. My fiance' found this set of videos & we tried it. I'm down 3.25 lbs in one week. It isn't taking that much effort, there isn't a lot of will power involved but there is a small window period for eating. Check out the videos & try it. Comment on how its working for you.
